Definitions

Buyer - user of https://logeq.eu who placed an order on the web-site
Consumer – a physical person who uses or consumes goods purchased on the site https://logeq.eu (without resale). The definition of the user extends to physical persons and does not include legal entities.
Goods – Products ordered/purchaded at https://logeq.eu
e-mail – the electronic address of the buyer/consumer, specified when placing the order.

The right of Refusal - the right of the Consumer return purchased goods in accordance with the rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvian Republic №255 "Rules on remote contracts"
"Refusal" form - a form of electronic document in Latvian, can be downloaded on our site by (link), necessary to be filled out by the Consumer in case of refusal of the goods purchased at https://logeq.eu
Payment types
Payment for the goods at https://logeq.eu is possible only by bank transfer.
After the order have been processed You are going to receive prepayment invoice to the e-mail you have quoted.
The advance invoice should be paid within the period quoted in it. If the prepayment invoice is not paid within the period specified, invoice is canceled automatically.
If you use the bank which is not mentioned in our details in order to pay for the ordered goods, you should consider that we are going to receive the funds at the end of the business day or on the next business day. The goods are considered paid for when the funds are entered the account of the seller. The ordered goods are not reserved at the warehouse before the funds were received. The seller is not responsible if the ordered goods are out of stock due to late payment. This case, the Seller can agree the Buyer on a later goods delivery date, or return the Buyer prepayment for the goods to the bank account the payment was received from.

Delivery
Self-collection
The goods should be collected from the seller's warehouse within 7 days from the date of receipt of e-mail notification.
Order ID number and/or the invoice number should be quoted while receiving the goods from the warehouse, personal identification document should be provided as well. In case if any other person is going to receive the order, his/her name should be quoted with the order. In case the buyer is a legal entity, power of attorney should be presented.
Delivery to your address
Courier delivery (small-size goods)
If you choose the delivery to your address, the delivery of small-size goods is provided by the courier service. The courier delivery is provided at extra charge, the cost for it is going to be calculated and added to the order value after its being processed.
The goods are going to be delivered within 3 business days from the date of receipt the e-mail notification on the goods readiness for collection. The couriers deliver orders according to the previously planned route, so there is no opportunity to select the exact delivery time. You are going to receive the notification by phone at least 30 minutes before the delivery time. Delivery of goods within Riga and its districts is performed on business days from 9.00 till 18.00.
If the total weight of the goods is less than 30 kg, the courier is going to unload it and bring it to the first safe place in the premises (through the doors of the apartment/office, house or garage; but they are not going to carry the goods into the rooms or around the territory). This case, the additional unloading service should not be ordered.
Attention! If the ordered goods are large-size, as well as if they are located on a pallet despite their weight being less than 30 kg, they are not going to be brought in. If even one package of the goods weights more than 30 kg, the courier is going to only help you unload it from the car/truck, but not bring it to the required place.
Pallet delivery (large-size goods)
In case of selection of delivery to your address, the delivery of large-size goods and their unloading is performed using cargo vehicles. Pallet delivery is performed at extra charge, the cost for it is going to be calculated and added to the order value after its being processed.
You should ensure the conditions for the cargo vehicle to reach the desired place of unloading; otherwise, it may be impossible to deliver the goods. The driver is going to contact you 30 minutes before the established delivery time. The delivery is performed wothin the Baltic States on the working days from 9.00 till 18.00 (Latvian time).
International delivery (beyond the Baltic States)
The delivery to the countries of the European Union may be performed by additional arrangement. The cost and period of delivery depend on the size of the goods and are calculated at the moment of the order being finalized.
Delivery outside the European Union
If your order goods in our shop from outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be required for the goods to be received. These duties are usually applied when the order reaches the delivery address, and the buyer is liable for their payment. We do not control these duties and cannot predict the amounts. For additional information, contact the local customs office before placing the order.
Delivery of the goods beyond the European Union may be conducted by additional agreement. The cost and period of delivery depend on the size of the goods and are calculated at the moment of the order being finalized. to the top
Return and Exchange of the goods
Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Lithuania "Regulations on distance contracts" states that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller.
Part 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights states that the consumer is responsible for the quality of the goods and their safe storage during the period of the right of withdrawal.
The possibility to exercise the right of refusal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the moment when the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer as the recipient of the goods, has obtained possession of the goods.
Before returning the goods, the consumer is obliged to fill in the Right of Refusal form (link), attach a bank payment order for the product and send it to the seller electronically to the e-mail address info@logeq.eu or by mail to the seller's postal address. In case the documents have been sent by post, the date of the post stamp cannot be later than 14 (fourteenth) days after the day of receipt of the goods from the Seller. The Seller shall not be liable in case the consumer has not complied with the terms of the Right of Withdrawal.
After submitting the Right of Refusal form to the seller, the consumer, making sure that the seller has received it, delivers or sends the said goods to the seller's warehouse the goods were issued from no later than 14 days from the date of sending/submitting the notice of refusal.

We recommend to return the goods personally to the warehouse, because you have the right to check and record possible visual goods damages as well as the contents of the package at the time of the acceptance. In cases where the goods sending by mail/courier, the seller defines the goods damages or non-compliance of the goods with the visual condition and packaging at the time of receiving the goods himself, you will be informed and a copy of the finding document will be sent to you. to the top
Warranty and service
Warranty established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia is provided in terms of all the goods offered at https://logeq.eu.
If a manufacturing flaw of the goods is discovered during the validity period of the warranty, free warranty repair works are performed according to the rules of the manufacturer. This case, you may use the contacts quoted in the delivery note/invoice.
When inquiring on the issues of the warranty, you should provide the delivery note / invoice approving the purchase of the goods.
Consumer has the right for submission of a claim on the goods not corresponding to the declared parameters considered by the law within 24 months from having purchased the goods.
The warranty obligations are rendered null and void in the following cases:
. if the goods intended for personal (public) needs have been used in order to acquire profit, for industrial needs and for other prohibited purposes;
. if the goods have been used without observing the safety rules;
. if the tracks of unqualified repair works are seen on the goods;
. if the structure or the scheme of the goods have been changed;
. if the serial number of the goods have been changed or erased or cannot be determined.
Damages rendering the warranty null and void:
. Damages caused by foreign bodies, materials, liquid or insects having gotten inside the goods;
. damages caused by elements, fire, social factor, accidental external factors (change of voltage in electric networks, etc.) and accidents;
. damages caused by supply of telecommunications and cable networks not corresponding to standard parameters and by other external factors;
. damages caused by non-standard and low-quality used materials, spare parts, accessory materials, accessories or using the information media of various types.
The warranty does not cover:
. the used materials and sets of accessories, if the structure considers their replacement and this is not related to disassembly of the goods.
. logeq.eu does not undertake the liability for possible harm to people, pets or things that may be directly or indirectly caused by the goods. to the top
