Definitions
Seller – BFGS SIA, reg. No. 50103183431, legal address: Kooperatīva 4a-37, Riga, LV-1067, Latvia.
Buyer – A user of https://logeq.eu who has placed an order on the website.
Consumer – A natural person who uses or consumes goods purchased from the site https://logeq.eu (for personal use only, without resale). The term "user" refers to natural persons and does not include legal entities.
Goods – Products ordered/purchased at https://logeq.eu.
e-mail – The electronic address of the buyer/consumer provided when placing the order.
Order number – The number assigned to the order, indicated in the electronic confirmation after placing the order at https://logeq.eu.
Right of Refusal – The consumer's right to return purchased goods in accordance with the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 "Rules on Distance Contracts."
"Refusal" form – An electronic form in Latvian, which can be downloaded from our website (link), and must be filled out by the consumer in case of returning goods purchased at https://logeq.eu.
Payment types
Payment for goods at https://logeq.eu is accepted exclusively by bank transfer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a prepayment invoice sent to the email address you provided.
The prepayment invoice must be paid within the specified period. If the payment is not made within the indicated time frame, the invoice will be automatically canceled.
If you use a bank that is not listed in our payment details to settle the payment for the ordered goods, please note that we will receive the funds by the end of the business day or on the next business day. The goods are considered paid for once the funds are credited to the seller’s account. The goods will not be reserved at the warehouse until the payment is received. The seller is not responsible if the ordered goods are out of stock due to delayed payment. In such cases, the seller can either agree with the buyer on a later delivery date or refund the prepayment to the bank account from which the payment was received.
Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation with information regarding the pickup location, delivery terms, etc.
Delivery
Self-transport pickup
The goods must be picked up from the Seller’s warehouse within 7 days from the notification of its availability received by email.
Upon receiving the goods, please provide the order number and/or invoice number, and present an ID document. If another person will pick up the goods, please inform us in the order comments or specify the person as the recipient. If the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney is required.
Delivery to your address
Courier delivery (small items)
If you have selected delivery to your address, small items will be delivered by courier service. Courier delivery is provided for an additional fee, which will be calculated and added to the order cost after processing the order.
The goods will be delivered within 3 working days after the notification of readiness for delivery. Couriers deliver orders according to pre-set routes, so exact delivery times cannot be selected. You will be notified by phone no later than 30 minutes before the expected delivery time, and the courier will contact you. Deliveries within Riga and surrounding areas are made on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If the total weight of the goods is up to 30 kg, the courier will unload and place the goods in a safe location (outside the premises, building, or warehouse, but will not carry the goods inside the premises or yard). No additional unloading service is required in this case.
Attention! If the ordered goods are large in size or placed on a pallet, even if the weight is less than 30 kg, the goods will not be carried inside. If a single item weighs more than 30 kg, the courier will only help unload it from the vehicle but will not assist in carrying it to the specified location.
Pallet delivery (large shipments)
If you have selected delivery to your address, large shipments will be delivered and unloaded by truck. Pallet delivery is provided for an additional fee, which will be calculated and added to the order cost after processing the order.
You must ensure conditions for the truck to deliver the goods to the unloading area; otherwise, the delivery may be impossible. The driver will contact you 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Delivery in the Baltics takes place on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Latvian time.
International delivery (beyond the Baltic States)
Delivery to the European Union is possible after additional coordination. The price and delivery time depend on the dimensions of the goods, and the price is calculated when placing the order.
Delivery outside the European Union
If you place an order for delivery outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply when receiving the ordered goods. These fees are usually charged when the order reaches the delivery address, and the buyer is responsible for the payment. The seller does not control these fees and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges
According to the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased from the online store to the seller.
Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Law states that the consumer is responsible for the quality of the goods and their safe storage during the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is indicated as the recipient of the goods, has acquired the goods in their possession.
Before returning the goods, the consumer must fill out the Withdrawal Form (attached), include the bank payment order for the goods' payment, and send it to the seller electronically, scanned, to the email address info@logeq.eu or by mail to the seller's postal address. If the documents are sent by mail, the postmark date cannot be later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods were received. The seller is not responsible if the consumer does not comply with the conditions of the Right of Withdrawal.
After submitting the Withdrawal Form to the seller, the consumer, ensuring that the seller has received it, must return or send the specified goods to the seller's warehouse from which the goods were issued, within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.
Warehouse addresses:
- SmartPosti SIA, Address: Dzirnieku 24, Mārupe, LV -2167, Latvia. Working hours: Business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The warehouse manager is authorized to accept the goods on behalf of the seller.
- BFGS SIA, Address: Salamandras Str. 1, Riga, LV-1024, Latvia. Delivery time must be agreed upon (Tel. +371 29556922).
For goods returned in person to the warehouse, it is possible to document any visible damage to the product or discrepancies in the contents. In cases where goods are returned by mail or courier, if the seller finds any damage or discrepancies in the visual condition or contents at the time of receiving the goods, the consumer will be notified, and a copy of the findings document will be sent.

Warranty and service
All products offered on the page https://logeq.eu come with a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, a free warranty repair will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's rules. In this case, you can contact the details provided in the invoice and/or on the website https://logeq.eu.
When contacting regarding warranty issues, you must present the invoice or receipt confirming the purchase of the product.
The consumer has the legal right to file a complaint regarding non-compliance with the declared specifications of the product within 24 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty obligations are voided in the following cases:
- If the product intended for personal (or public) use has been used for profit, production needs, or other prohibited purposes;
- If the product has been used without complying with safety regulations;
- If there are signs of unqualified repair on the product;
- If changes have been made to the product's design or circuitry;
- If the serial number of the product is altered, erased, or cannot be determined.
Damages that void the warranty:
- Damages caused by foreign objects, liquids, materials, or insects entering the product;
- Damages caused by natural disasters, fires, public factors, accidental external influences (e.g., voltage changes in power lines, etc.), or emergencies;
- Damages caused by non-compliant telecommunications and cable network power supplies and other external factors;
- Damages caused by using non-standard or poor-quality materials, spare parts, components, accessories, or various types of information carriers.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Materials used and accessory sets (supplies) if their replacement is provided for by the design and is not related to the disassembly of the product.
- The seller is not responsible for any potential damage to people, pets, or property caused directly or indirectly by the product. to the top
